There are two new primers that I’ve fallen in love with in the past few weeks – one is glow inducing and the other is pore perfecting. I’ve mentioned the former a few times already – it’s Becca Shimmering Skin Perfector Topaz. However, the second is a newbie and it’s Kiehl’s Micro-Blur Skin Perfector.
I’m going to be very honest and tell you that it was the packaging that first attracted me to this product, sat in the chemist in Mykonos it just looked so cute. However, once I got it home and gave it a proper test I just knew it was going to be a miracle maker for long Summer days ferrying about from classes to wedding meetings to blog and YouTube events and so on. It comes out relatively thick, but don’t worry as it smooths on over the skin and absorbs into your pores in seconds leaving a beautifully smooth canvas. It instantly makes my skin feel as though I’ve not eaten sugar in months and had nothing but early nights and a colourful arrays of vegetables – that’s a gooood thing. I love how my makeup seems to just stick on top of it and not budge throughout the day, even on and off the tubes in this heat wave and when I get home after 7 hours – still zeero shine, and that’s without any type of powder.
It’s definitely a winner!
