It’s been tricky for me to photograph this next product, but I couldn’t not feature it on here because it is simply fantastic. You see, when I was sent a package from Bobbi Brown one of the nail polishes smashed and leaked all over the other two products (another polish and a lipstick) and because I didn’t clean it immediately with nail polish remover (freshly painted nails) it’s now become a real mission to scrub off. So I’ll have to artfully cover my hand around it and once again remind you to not judge a book by its cover.
The colour Bordeaux is the most sumptious red I’ve come across. It’s the perfect shade of Oliva Pope-esque red wine, and it looks so flattering on. I’d say the tones in it would suit all skin tones from the super pale to the super dark as it doesn’t deaden once on, unlike some colours. At this time of year I like to keep a deep red on until New Years Eve when the glitter comes out and then back to some nudes/navy tones in the New Year.
