Mullet dresses – you either love ’em or hate ’em, and quite frankly I bloody love them! I bought this dress in an American Retro sample sale last year and absolutely love it. There’s something very Latin American about wearing a flouncy midi length black dress in the height of Summer. I’ve compiled a few similar offerings below which I think would look stunning for an afternoon as opposed to the obvious evening. I had a meeting at one of my favourite restaurants Zuma so thought I’d dress the look up with these little shoe booties from Topshop, and this Dorothy Perkins powder blue clutch holds a mighty amount considering it’s…well…a clutch! I finished the look off with my amazing tortoiseshell Bottega Veneta sunnies and my new dark hair!
